Just for Fun
According to a Christianity Today Web exclusive (posted 8/2/01), the
real-life astronauts of Apollo 13 praised the film for its accuracy with one
exception—the amount of profanity floating at zero gravity through the
spacecraft. One of the men reportedly said, “We didn’t talk like
that. We didn’t use words like that back then.” That’s nice
to know.
