What you can do:
1. Counterbalance the mass media’s anti-masculine messages by the training and guidance you give your son at home.
2. Consciously reject the world’s false system of evaluating a person’s
value and worth. As he gets older, teach your son to do the
same.
3. When you’re with your son, be sure to point out any examples of anti-masculine bias you see or hear. Make a game out of it. Encourage your son to spot those negative messages before you do. Teach him to reject those messages out of hand.
4. Find creative ways to let your son know that you love
and accept him just the way he is.
5. Make your son’s relationship
with God the first priority as you raise him.
